Russell and his team are great to work with. We recently bought a mostly original home from 1950 that needed lots of tweaks to make it fit our needs. Best Bay Plumbing has done extensive work for us in the last couple months including: sink and toilet leak fixes, vintage bathtub overflow sealed, Moen Flo installation, gas line installed for new stove, new garbage disposal, and a basement pump system and sink installed for a basement laundry room! I am so happy with their work and have continued to call them for all of my plumbing needs. Communication is easy, payments are simple, prices are competitive, and the work is well done. Very happy with Best Bay Plumbing's service. Had an emergency issue that they responded to immediately. Roberto figured out exactly what needed to be done and worked quickly and efficiently, while also making sure the issue was completely dealt with. The rate was also more reasonable than anticipated. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Above and Beyond in an Emergency! I experienced a stressful plumbing emergency when an aging valve cluster broke off a pipe in the wall, forcing me to shut off my home's main water supply. Best Bay Plumbing came to the rescue. The manager prioritized my urgent situation and sent a crew over immediately, even though they had to travel from a distance. The plumber stayed well past dinner time to make sure everything was fixed. Not only did he solve the immediate problem, but he also re-engineered the setup to prevent future issues. He minimized stress on the weak pipe and even installed a vertical support handle to protect the plumbing during daily use. He explained the materials and process transparently, demonstrating a rare commitment to quality and durability. Truly phenomenal service—they have earned a customer for life!
